As a credentialed Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), she cultivates C-suite leaders and ambitious managers to amplify their impact, navigate complex transitions, and build resourceful teams. She partners with clients to summarize insights within and between sessions to gain a competitive edge, manage remote teams, and navigate policies or political situations.

Having completed advanced training in executive coaching, she helps business leaders achieve their personal best, swiftly adjust to the demands of their environment, and expand their personal level of impact. Executive coaching maximizes leaders’ time and efforts when developing their executive credentials to become a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES). She can also support senior executives through the iterative process of developing their Executive Core Qualification (EQC) statements and resumes in order to use the challenge-context-action-results model specified by the Office of Personnel Management.
